Rural And Country Developments are a Cheshire based Design and Build Development Company. We work with a carefully selected team of experts and offer a turnkey service that can encompass original Concept Design, Architectural Drawings, submission of Building Regulations and Planning Permission (if necessary), Groundworks, full Construction, Heating and Power Installation, Landscaping and Interior Design. Everything is controlled by us, with our client having regular updates from a dedicated project manager who’s job it is to have the sleepless nights!

We work from a converted farm-building in rural countryside in the picturesque village of Aldford on the Duke of Westminster’s Estate. We offer our services to clients in Cheshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire and North Wales, as well as those further afield if recommended from an existing client.
